A consumer-first future for specialty coffee.
We are building the insight infrastructure that helps an exceptional product category understand the people it serves.

World-class knowledge of coffee. Limited understanding of the people drinking it.
For decades, the specialty coffee industry has invested in origins, varieties, processing, roasting, brewing and sensory quality. Those investments transformed what coffee can be.
Consumer expectations, motivations and perceptions of value are evolving just as quickly—but the shared intelligence needed to respond has not kept pace. Furthers & Betters exists to close that gap.
Our Mission.
To further the industry’s understanding of consumers—helping businesses make smarter decisions and build better futures.
Our Vision.
An industry where consumer understanding is valued as highly as coffee quality.

Complementary disciplines.
Shared ambition.
Furthers & Betters blends deep expertise in consumer research with decades of experience turning insight into action.
We came together around a shared conviction: the future of specialty coffee depends on understanding consumers as deeply as we understand coffee itself.
What matters is putting that understanding to work to move specialty coffee forward.
